His healthcare journey began more than two decades ago when he led the development of a multi-site Medicare Part D experience delivery program for one of the world’s largest healthcare providers — igniting a lifelong passion for improving Patient Experience (PX) through innovation, empathy, and operational excellence.
Jim’s deep expertise spans provider, payer, PBM, and government programs, helping organizations deliver exceptional, compliant, and patient-centered experiences that balance human connection with digital transformation.
