Kevin’s appointment marks a strategic step forward for TLCx. His experience and leadership will amplify our momentum in the government space. Kevin knows what it takes to win—and more importantly, how to deliver outcome-based solutions. With over 15 years of experience leading high-impact contact center operations and BPO engagements, Kevin brings deep expertise in public sector service delivery, digital transformation, and AI-enhanced citizen engagement. His career includes delivering $260M+ in federal contract wins, launching multi-state CX programs, and building government verticals from the ground up at top-tier providers like Continuum, TTEC, and VXI.

At TLCx, we’re known for our consummate execution in the public sector—delivering scalable, compliant, and mission-critical solutions that help agencies serve people better. Kevin will build on this legacy, accelerating our government solutions strategy with a focus on:
